🐾 Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🐾 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.

• We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund.

🐾 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.
